• Go to the ”Log In” page and select ”Stay logged in.”
• Complete your profile with all the required information.
• Once completed, upon your next login, you will be able to see the screen with your QRCode and will be prompted to create a launch icon on your device.
• If your smartphone is Android, follow these steps::
  1. Tap the menu icon in the top right corner of the browser.
  2. Select ”Add to Home Screen.”
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the addition.
• If your smartphone is Apple, follow these steps:
  1. Tap the ”Share” icon in the bottom bar of the screen.
  2. Tap ”Add to Home Screen.”
  3. Assign a name to the application and tap ”Add” in the top right corner.
• You can now close the browser.
• Check the ”Home” screen of your smartphone, and you will find the ”MyCard” launch icon..
• Now you can automatically access the QRCode of ”MyCard” directly from the ”Home” screen of your device without having to enter your login details each time.

On the same device, you can create as many accounts as you wish, but you can only activate ”Stay logged in” for one account of your choice.

To cancel the automatic connection, you need to log out.

• Access the ”EDIT PROFILE” administration panel
• In the top right corner, click on the user icon.
• Click the ”Logout” button.
• Great, you have successfully logged out and canceled the automatic connection.

”Always stay signed in” is permanent. If you log disconnections, the reasons may be for the following:

• You have intentionally logged out from ”EDIT PROFILE” > ”Logout.”
• You clicked on ”Clear browsing data” or ”Clear history” in your browser. This action also removes the stored data on your device that allows MyCard to identify you for automatic login.
• Check that your internet connection is functioning properly; if you’re not connected, MyCard won’t be able to log in.
• There might be technical issues originating from your device; try restarting the device and then retrying.
